What happens if I exceed my invoice limit?NEW
For paid plans (Starter, Professional, Agent): No interruption - keep processing invoices seamlessly. Additional invoices are charged at your plan's overage rate (£0.30/£0.25/£0.20 per invoice) and automatically added to your next monthly Stripe invoice.
For the Free plan: You'll need to either purchase an Invoice Pack or upgrade to a paid plan to continue processing.
Pro tip: Invoice Packs offer better per-invoice rates than overage charges and never expire - perfect for occasional busy months!
Can I forward invoices that are in the email body (not as attachments)?NEW
Yes! Some suppliers send invoices directly in the email body instead of as attachments. Our AI now handles both - just forward any invoice email and we'll extract all the data automatically, whether it's from a PDF attachment or the email content itself. This works for subscription confirmations, payment receipts, and any invoice-style email. Email forwarding (including body parsing) is available on Professional and Agent plans.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges or credits.
