Where is the full rate card?
Each product and service page carries its complete plans, limits and terms. This page summarises the starting price of each so you can compare at a glance — follow the link for the detail.
How are bespoke AI agents priced?
Every build is quoted as one fixed price after discovery, because a single-workflow agent and a full operations stack are different jobs. The fixed price covers discovery, build, deployment, training, documentation and 30 days of support. After that the agent keeps working on its own; optional maintenance and improvements are available afterwards and quoted separately. The first 30-minute call is free.
Can I change plans later?
For subscription products such as Invoice Importer and DrakonSign, yes — plans can be changed from your account, and each product's pricing page explains how changes are billed. Agent builds, audits and NeuralShield are agreed per engagement.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscription products take the major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) at checkout. Bank transfer is available for annual and Enterprise arrangements.
