What does it cost?+
Our introductory offer is £1,500 for setup (normally £2,500) and runs until 31 January 2027. That covers one host, two channels, two real workflows, ShieldCortex with its command guard switched on and tested, and a written handover. The care plan is £250 per month and optional. The model provider you choose bills you separately for what the agent uses. Both prices are shown before you commit and there is no lock-in.
What is OpenClaw?+
OpenClaw is an open-source AI agent that runs on your own machine and talks to you over the chat apps you already use. We did not write it. We install it, harden it, connect it to your tools and teach it your routines.
Why do I need security on an AI agent?+
An agent that can read your email and act on your behalf is a powerful thing to leave unguarded. Content it reads can try to give it instructions, and it can be talked into leaking something it should not. We install ShieldCortex, our own product, and switch its command guard on, to check and block risky commands, and we configure the agent so that approval stays with you. Payments, deletions and anything outside the rules you approve wait for a human. Routine messages on templates you sign off can run on the schedule you set.
Where does my data go?+
The agent runs on hardware you own or rent, and its memory and files stay there. When it calls an AI model, that processing follows the provider and terms you choose, which we agree with you at the start. We are ICO registered (ZC046980).
Do you come to us?+
Yes, in Hertfordshire and North London we can set up in person. Anywhere else in the UK we do it remotely over a video call. The result is the same.
What does the care plan cover?+
Updates, security checks, fixes when something breaks, and small changes to your workflows. It is month to month and you can stop it at any time. The agent keeps working without it.
Is this the same as your managed AI assistants?+
No. Secure agent setup is self-hosted: the agent runs on a machine you own or rent, and you own it from day one. Our managed AI assistants are fully run for you, hosted and looked after by us. If you would rather not own the machine, see AI assistants.
Is this the same as a bespoke agent build?+
No. This is a fixed-price package for small businesses that want a secure agent running quickly. If your needs are larger, such as many integrations or a whole operation, see our bespoke agents service.
