What does it cost?+
Every build is scoped to your operation and quoted as one fixed price after discovery — a single-workflow agent and a full operations stack are very different jobs. The fixed price includes 30 days of support; optional maintenance and improvements are available afterwards and quoted separately. The fit call is free. If you would like a written roadmap before committing, standalone structured AI audits start from £1,500. If you want a hosted assistant instead, managed white-label assistants start at £3,799 setup plus from £299/month.
How is this different from a chatbot?+
A chatbot answers. These agents act — they log into systems, move data, raise invoices, chase payments, file documents and escalate exceptions. The conversation is the interface, not the product.
What stops it doing something it shouldn't?+
Payments, deletions and anything outside the rules you approve wait for a human. Routine messages on templates you sign off can run on the schedule you set. Risky commands are gated before they run, actions are written to an audit log, and content the agent reads from email, web pages or forms is handled as data rather than as instructions.
Does it learn from my data? Where does that go?+
Memory, lessons and skills stay in your environment, as files you own and can read, edit or delete — they are not pooled with other clients. When the agent calls an AI model, that processing follows the model provider and data terms configured for your deployment, which we agree with you during discovery. We are ICO registered (ZC046980) and build to GDPR requirements.
What systems can it connect to?+
Most modern business tools — Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage 50, JotForm, CRMs, internal databases and custom APIs. We confirm integration requirements during discovery.
How long does it take?+
Typically 4–7 weeks from kickoff to a live agent: 1–2 weeks of discovery, 2–4 weeks of build and about a week to deploy. Complex integrations can take longer, and we will tell you up front.
What does 'self-improving' actually mean?+
Four concrete mechanisms: saved memory, lessons that are re-checked before similar work, a library of reusable skills, and scheduled health checks. The agent improves through accumulated operational knowledge — it does not retrain the underlying model.
What happens after the 30-day support period?+
The agent is yours and keeps working inside your systems on its own. You can continue without us, or add optional maintenance and improvements — new skills, integration changes or health checks. That is not part of the fixed build price and is quoted separately.
