How long does it take?+
Single Page: 1–2 weeks. Marketing Site: 3–4 weeks. Custom Build: 6–10 weeks. We don't pad timelines — if we say four weeks, we ship in four weeks.
What's actually included in the price?+
Design, build, deployment, code, content management setup, GA + GDPR, mobile responsiveness, and one or two rounds of revisions depending on tier. Domain registration and ongoing hosting beyond launch month are separate (typically £5–£20/month on Fly.io or Vercel).
Do you handle ongoing maintenance?+
Yes — but optional. After launch you own the code and can self-host or hand it to any developer. We offer a £200/month retainer for content updates, performance monitoring, and small changes if you'd rather not touch it yourself.
Do you write the content?+
We can. For Marketing Site and Custom builds we'll draft headlines, body copy, and FAQs based on a discovery interview. You always have final approval. If you want full copywriting, factor in £400–£800 extra depending on scope.
Where will my site be hosted?+
Fly.io or Vercel by default — both are fast, GDPR-compliant, and cost £0–£20/month for typical traffic. You own the hosting account from day one. We can also deploy to your existing host if you have one.
