The one-time installation fee covers discovery, build, deployment, staff training, documentation, and 30 days of post-launch support. It does not include ongoing hosting or maintenance — those are priced separately based on your needs.

A bespoke AI assistant powered by Claude, trained on your specific documents and business processes, connected to your existing systems, and deployed with your branding. It is not a generic chatbot — it understands your business context.

How long does the process take?+

Typically 4–7 weeks from kickoff to deployment. Discovery takes 1–2 weeks, build takes 2–4 weeks, and deployment takes about a week. Complex integrations may take longer.

What systems can the agent connect to?+
